Management
The College is administered by the Madura College Board, as also are the Sethupathi Higher Secondary School, Madura College Higher Secondary School and the Town Primary School. The Madura College Board elects a Board of Directors consisting of twelve members. The Principal of the College and the Headmasters of the two Schools are Ex-officio Members of the Board of Directors. From among the twelve Directors the President, the Secretary and the Treasurer are elected.
